Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Delays

GoCapture is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen external events.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

GoCapture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
